Éilís Ní Dhuibhne was born in Dublin in 1954. She has published many collections of short stories, novels, books for children, in both Irish and English. She is a literary critic and facilitated the creative writing ‘Restorying Ageing’ workshop in 2022. She is a member of Aosdána and President of The Folklore of Ireland Society.
Michaela Schrage-Früh is Associate Professor in German Studies at the University of Limerick. She is co-founder of the Women and Ageing Research Network and was Principal Investigator of the Irish Research Council-funded project ‘Restorying Ageing: Older Women and Life Writing’ (2021-2022).
