Paul Grattan

Paul Grattan is a Scottish poet and writer based in Dublin. In 2002 The Edinburgh Review published his first collection, The End of Napoleon's Nose. His work has appeared in literary journals and anthologies including Cyphers, Poetry Ireland Review, The Honest Ulsterman, Fortnight Magazine, The New Irish Poets, ed. Selina Guinness (Bloodaxe 2004), Ars Poetica, Slovakia (2006), Magnetic North, ed. John Brown (Lagan Press 2006), The New North, ed. Chris Agee (Wake Forest/Salt 2008), Landing Places, eds. Eva Bourke and Borbala Farago, (Dedalus 2010). Performances include The Barbican Centre, London, The Tyrone Guthrie Centre, Annaghmakerrig, The Crescent Arts Between The Lines Festival, Belfast, The Shore Poets, Edinburgh, Celtic Connections, Glasgow, Ars Poetica Arts Festival, Bratislava, Electric Picnic, The Irish Writers Centre, The Poetry Café, London, The Scottish Poetry Library. Salmon published his second collection, Daytime Astronomy, in 2011.
