Having Trouble Hearing Us?

If nothing happened when you clicked to hear music on the previous page, check to make sure:

  • you have speakers on your system
  • your speakers are turned on
  • the volume is turned up
  • you are connected at a speed of 28.8 or higher

If you still can't hear us, then you probably just need to add the RealAudio software for your browser (version 3.0 or later). (AOL users see below) Once you take the few minutes to do the free download, it will be installed in your browser so you'll be able to hear RealAudio (and see RealVideo) here and on other sites all over the web. You'll only need to do this once.

Get your free RealAudio player here. This link brings you to the Real.com website. To download the FREE RealPlayer 8 Basic player, click on the "Free RealOne Player" halfway down the page (in blue text). On the next page, click the "Download Now" button on the RIGHT hand side of the page. This will allow you to download the FREE version of the RealPlayer software. It should only take about 7 minutes or so to download, then a couple more for it to self-install.

If you're having problems, you may want to download and install the latest RealAudio software by clicking the button above. If that doesn't help, you may want to try the RealPlayer 5.0 Release Notes.

Macintosh users who are having difficulties may want to try http://service2.real.com/solutions/RAP01016.HTM.

AOL Users

AOL browsers need custom RealAudio software to work with AOL's 3.0 browsers for Windows95, Windows 3.1, and Power Mac's. You can download the AOL RealAudio software from the AOL RealAudio page.
