How do I place books in the shopping basket?
By clicking on the Add to Basket button. You will then be brought to your shopping basket page where you can view the contents of your basket. Click the Continue Shopping button to carry on browsing. If you're ready to check out, click the Checkout button, then select your location which adds postage charges to your order. Then hit the Checkout With Paypal button.
Can I remove books from the shopping basket?
Yes, at any stage before you check out you can remove books you have chosen, or decrease or increase the quantity. Check the contents of your shopping basket at any stage by clicking on the View Basket button on the top right hand corner of the screen.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Please send us an email to siobhan@salmonpoetry.com, quoting your order reference, your name, address, and details of the book/s you have ordered.
Can I pay for books without using a credit card online?
Yes - we also accept orders by fax +353 65 7081941 or telephone +353 65 7081941
Returns / Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you would like to return a book you have purchased from us, we will refund the full cost of the book or exchange it for another title, provided you have notified us of your intentions within 7 days of receipt of the book and that the book is in the condition you received it. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Customer's statutory rights are not affected by the returns policy.

We also collect your email address when you sign up for our Poem of the Week or Newsletter (name and email address only). Information you provide is strictly confidential: we do not share or sell data to third parties. We will only email you specifically in relation to your book order or, in the case of Poem of the Week, a weekly email, and our e-Mailing List services, no more than one email per month. You can unsubscribe from our Poem of the Week and e-Mailing list at any time by sending an email to siobhan@salmonpoetry.com.
